Discovery Trail
This A5 sized colour booklet was first produced in 2019 as part of our 175th anniversary celebrations. It has proved popular with visitors and has been updated and revised a number of times since, being expanded from 24 to 32 pages in the process. Visitors to the Old Ticket Office may request a free copy whilst stocks last and it is intended to reprint it whenever required. The downloadable A4 version will not be similarly maintained however. A copy of this booklet is held in the library of the Brunel Institute in Bristol.

GWR jigsaw puzzles
This 76 page colour booklet can be obtained from us in return for a voluntary donation towards its cost of printing. It will be produced and published in May 2024 to mark the 100th anniversary of the Great Western Railway selling its first promotional jigsaw puzzle. The full range and backround of these puzzles is covered in detail in the relevant pages of this website, but the booklet gathers all the information together and provides the opportunity to further expand upon certain aspects and detail. It is certain to become regarded as an invaluable reference work on a subject that has been rarely documented.
